Hey there! I’m Dr. Ellington, and I’m all about creating change and inspiring those around me. I believe in the power of authenticity and audacity, and my journey has been fueled by resilience and a passion for sparking transformation in others.
With over 30 years of experience as an educator, keynote speaker, and executive coach, I’ve had the privilege of working across various areas, especially in STEM education.
I am immensely passionate about partnering with individuals and executives on their transformative journeys, bringing a mix of humor, clarity, and real talk to every conversation.

Dr. Roni Ellington has spent the last 25 years cultivating herself as a nationally recognized transformative trans-disciplinary scholar, researcher, STEM leader, and professional development expert. Trained as a mathematics educator, Dr. Roni Ellington has authored several scholarly articles on STEM education, parental involvement, STEM professional development and navigating the STEM pipeline, particularly for minority students. She currently serves as the PI on several NSF-funded grants, including but not limited to MD-CRUSE, MD-FUSE & STEM Context Matters.
